Whether shabby chic or country style, beautiful projects can be realized with milk paints. In our Munich store, we have an antique blueberry crate that I painted with Cream Light milk paint. Then I inscribed the words "Milk Paint" on it. Another project is an untreated Cape Cod cabinet with typical beadboard. I also treated this with milk paint and then decorated it. Both projects were featured in the current issue of Wohnen & Garten. Milk paints are powder-like paints that are mixed with water shortly before use. If you are traveling the country and have a little time, you should definitely stop and browse. Everything from household goods, old signs, furniture to fashion from different eras can be seen there. Collectors come by regularly to find valuable Coca-Cola accessories, for example.
