The Slow 'N Sear® XL is the perfect grill accessory for those who want more: more heat, more surface area, more BBQ enjoyment! Designed for large kettle grills with a diameter of 67 cm or more, the XL basket offers expanded charcoal and grilling capacity – ideal for family gatherings, barbecue parties, or long BBQ sessions.
Crafted from over 3.6 kg of high-quality stainless steel , the basket reliably withstands even high temperatures. Thanks to the classic two-zone layout, you can grill directly at high heat (sear) or indirectly at low temperatures (slow & low). The removable water tank provides up to 5 hours of steam – for tender, juicy meat with an authentic smoky flavor.
