The Roasted Garlic Onion Jam is one of the very first specialties that the founders of the delicatessen company sold – back then at a small farmers market in Maine.

This unusual spread has become a beloved classic, distinguished by its aromatic roasted garlic and onions combined with pure cane sugar, balsamic vinegar, and white wine vinegar. Don't miss it, just taste it!

It all started with a market stall at the local Farmers Market: here, Jim Stott and Jonathan King first sold their “homemade specialties” under the name “Stonewall Kitchen” – that was in 1991.

In the meantime, the small market stall has transformed into a considerable company that supplies numerous wholesalers and retail chains in the USA with its delicacies.

The exquisite jams, barbecue sauces, aioli and other delicacies, all of which are produced entirely organically, are nominated and awarded by renowned food organizations year after year.

For example, the Roasted Garlic Onion Jam has already been awarded the sofi Award, the “Oscar for food”, twice (1995/2005).
