It all began with a market stall at the local farmer's market: this is where Jim Stott and Jonathan King sold their 'homemade specialties' for the first time under the name 'Stonewall Kitchen' - that was in 1991. The small market stall has now turned into a considerable company that supplies numerous wholesalers and several retail chains in the USA with their range. The delicious aiolis, sauces and jams, which are made using the best ingredients, are nominated and awarded by renowned food organizations year after year.

We at American Heritage are proud to be able to supply you with the delicacies from Stonewall Kitchen, which we import directly from the American east coast! Sometimes less can be more. That's what the gourmet chefs at Stonewall Kitchen thought when they made their new Farmhouse Mayonnaise. Made from select basic ingredients such as rapeseed oil, salted eggs, white vinegar and mustard powder, this mayonnaise is as simple as it is delicious. Creamy and fine and rich in flavor, it offers the taste buds everything a good mayonnaise should offer. Our new specialty from the USA is particularly suitable for sandwiches and other recipes (e.g. potato salad).

Recipe tip: Spread our Farmhouse Mayonnaise on two toasted slices of white bread. Then top one half of the bread with tomato slices, rocket, avocado and smoked ham as desired. Then place the other slice of toast on top, et voilà: your delicious avocado, ham and tomato sandwich is ready!
