Stonewall Kitchen is a classic American dream story. Over 20 years ago, the two founders, Jim Stott and Jonathan King, sold their homemade jams and barbecue sauces for the first time at a small farmers' market in Maine. The more often they went to the market, the faster their sales table sold out. Stott and King therefore soon decided to produce their innovative food creations on a larger scale and moved into the 'Stonewall Kitchen headquarters' in York, Maine in 2000. The specialty company now supplies many retailers in the USA and is internationally known. All Stonewall Kitchen products are imported directly from Maine by American Heritage.
The Basil Pesto Aioli from Stonewall Kitchen combines the best of mayonnaise and pesto: the creamy consistency meets the unmistakable basil flavor, which is rounded off with walnuts and pine nuts. A light garlic note and a hint of Dijon mustard give the Basil Pesto Aioli an additional light spiciness.
