Mozambique Peri Peri Spice from Urban Accents
The Mozambique Peri Peri spice mix from Urban Accents consists of ground chili peppers and paprika, which are complemented by over six different spices and herbs. These provide a fiery spiciness. Notes of citrus fruits round off the taste perfectly.
Sugar free. Gluten free. Non-GMO.
Our tips for the Mozambique Peri Peri spice mix from Urban Accents:
- Use 1-2 tablespoons of the spice per 500 g of meat (start with a little less as the Mozambique Peri Peri is fiery hot)
- For a spicy dressing, mix one tablespoon of the spice mixture with two tablespoons each of olive oil and vinegar
- Sprinkle the Mozambique Peri Peri spice over pizza or pasta and give your dishes the necessary spiciness
- Refine vegetables and potatoes with the spice mixture to give them a spicy kick
- You can also use the Mozambique Peri Peri spice as a rub. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the spice with olive oil to make a paste and use it to marinate the meat. Leave the marinade to soak in for about two hours so that the aroma can develop as best as possible. Finally, add a little lime juice to reduce the spiciness and give the dish a little freshness.
