Kodiak Salmon Rub spice from Urban Accents
The Kodiak Salmon Rub spice from Urban Accents is a coarse-grained mixture of cumin, oregano, chili pepper and other spices. With this delicious rub spice you can give salmon, seafood, roasts and grilled vegetables a unique taste. Marinades can also be spiced up with the sensational spice mixture from Urban Accents.
To season 500 g of salmon, fish or meat, we recommend one tablespoon of the Kodiak Salmon Rub spice. You can further refine the spice mixture with a little honey or a dash of lemon.

For the delicious salmon dish (one portion) you need 6 asparagus spears, about 125 g salmon fillet, 2-3 tablespoons of Kodiak Salmon Rub seasoning and some olive oil.
First, place the asparagus spears on a generously torn piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil and add the Kodiak Salmon Rub. Rub the salmon fillet with about a tablespoon of the spices. Then drizzle the salmon with a little olive oil. Now place the salmon on the asparagus and fold the aluminum foil at the ends to form a tent. In the meantime, you can preheat the oven to about 200 °C. The aluminum foil tent with the salmon and asparagus now goes in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
