Garlic Teriyaki Sauce from Stonewall Kitchen
The Garlic Teriyaki Sauce will delight you: the pleasant spiciness of the soy sauce combines with the fine aroma of freshly roasted garlic. Brown sugar rounds off the teriyaki sauce, which is ideal for marinating and glazing poultry, beef, fish and vegetables. Our American Heritage tip: marinate zucchini, eggplant and peppers with Garlic Teriyaki, fry briefly and enjoy with fresh white bread.
Stonewall Kitchen is a perfect example of the American dream: In 1991, Jim Stott and Jonathan King had a small market stall at a farmers' market in Maine, where they sold their homemade jams and barbecue sauces. The delicatessen products, which they lovingly made, sold so well that the two amateur chefs soon moved from their small kitchen to a larger one. As their small business became more and more successful, they had to move to larger premises several times in the following years until they finally moved into the 'Stonewall Kitchen Headquarters' in York, Maine. Since 2000, the fine specialties that delight gourmets all over the world have been produced here.
