Christmas Trees from Hawkens Gingerbread

These little bite-sized cookies really pack a punch. The blend of spices in the gingerbread Christmas trees brings back memories of our childhood when ginger cookies were baked to hang on the tree. The ginger cookies have a perfect bite and are a perfect treat to share anytime or make a great gift. To add texture and bite to the cookies, lemon and orange peels and crystallized ginger pieces were incorporated.

This recipe is baked in the classic gingerbread man shape and the retail packages are attractively packaged in boxes that are stunningly designed. 13 cookies per box. On the side panel is a fantastic story of the Christmas tree and how we came to bring evergreen trees into our homes to decorate at a certain time of year. The boxes are a deep metallic red and look just fantastic.
