Christmas Trees by Hawkens Gingerbread
These small, bite-sized cookies really pack a punch. The spice mix in the gingerbread Christmas trees brings back memories of our childhood when ginger cookies were baked to hang on the tree. The ginger cookies have a perfect bite and are a perfect treat to share with others anytime or make a great gift. Lemon and orange peels and crystallized ginger pieces have been incorporated to give the cookies texture and bite.
This recipe is baked in the classic gingerbread man shape and the retail packs are attractively packaged in boxes that are stunningly designed. 13 cookies per box. On the side panel is a fantastic history of the Christmas tree and how we came to bring evergreen trees into our homes and decorate them at a certain time of year. The boxes are a deep metallic red and look simply amazing.
