Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce from Stonewall Kitchen

This Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce is one of our most popular sauces at American Heritage and you only need to try it in order to find out why! With a mildly sweet taste achieved through its use of luscious figs and Vidalia onions from the US state of Georgia, this sauce is great with almost everything but especially with duck or pork. With notes of natural apple cider vinegar and zesty orange juice, it is also a marvelous choice to pair with cheese. It's fruity and sweet but also so very versatile in its use. Taste it and you'll see why we're head over heels in love with it.

American Heritage tip: thin the sauce out with a little balsamic vinegar to make a dressing and use it over a salad with mandarines and dried cranberries. So yummy!
