Inspired by Stonewall Kitchen creators' trips to the Southeast Asian nation, they created this divine sauce with real peanut butter, perfectly roasted garlic, and mild onions. With the inclusion of curry powder and red pepper, this sauce gets a nice warm kick at the end that adds a new dimension to the sauce. And with a little drizzle of real garlic oil at the end to round out that nice garlic flavor. And if that wasn't enough on its own, this was a finalist for the outstanding savory condiment award!

American Heritage tip: absolutely marvelous on both chicken and pork, but also great for Asian inspired vegetarian meals next to a serving of rice and topped with cashews.
