Peanut Butter from Koeze

In 1910 Sibbele Koeze founded a company for fruit, vegetables, butter, and eggs and sold the products to small stores near Grand Rapids, Michigan. His son Albertus took over the company many years later and decided to buy a peanut company in the area. That was in 1925 and since then their peanut butter has been a permanent part of the Koeze Company, which is now on its fourth generation within the family. 

For years the Cream-Nut Peanut Butter has been made traditionally, by first carefully roasting real Virginia peanuts. Then the peanuts are slowly ground until they reach the perfect consistency. To top it all off, a pinch of sea salt is added to enhance the nutty flavor. In order to achieve an authentic taste, there is no added sugar or preservatives. Just real peanuts and salt, the way it should be. And the real sign that it's pure peanut butter? The oil that rises to the top, which gives the peanut butter the creamy, luxurious consistency once stirred in. Simply open your jar, mix it all up, and enjoy!
