Herbes De Provence Seasoning from Urban Accents

Inspired by the cooking in the rural Provence area of France, this mixture is best used with poultry and seafood and can also add to a flavorful salad dressing when adding a pinch of our herb mixture. Our blend of rosemary, savory, fennel, thyme, lavender and more should be the cornerstone of any well-stocked spice rack. It is mouth-watering when this herb blend is mixed with olive oil.

Tips & Quick Recipes

• Use 2 tbs Herbes de Provence per lb of meat plus 1 tbs lemon juice when grilling or roasting meats or poultry.
• Rub a splash of olive oil & lemon juice over chicken; sprinkle with crushed blend.
• Combine 1 tbs crushed blend with 2 tbs each of olive oil & red wine vinegar for easy salad dressing.
• Sprinkle crushed blend over veggies before roasting, sauteing or steaming.
