The delicious Crown Maple syrup is produced on Madava Farms, a picturesque 300-acre estate in the Hudson Valley region of the US state of New York. Originally used for agriculture, numerous maple trees grew on the fallow land after the American Civil War. In 2007, former banker and founder of Crown Maple, Rob Turner, acquired the property for recreational purposes. Inspired by around 20,000 maple trees on his property, he began maple syrup production shortly thereafter.
