The legendary American canning jars, Ball Jars or Mason Jars, have been used by generations of Americans for preserving jams, fruits, and other delicacies. These jars are still manufactured in the old factories in America. Yet, they bring us joy beyond their traditional use as canning jars - in our Munich store, we have antique jars filled with buttons and all sorts of knick-knacks.
There are countless ideas for using these jars, and we'd be delighted to provide you with some inspiration. Today, I'm serving a delicious dessert in these jars - quark mousse with fresh currants. Simply grab various ribbons, preferably color-coordinated with the fruits, and let's get started!
